Dh takes close to an hour to say tashlich. Where can we go that my kids will stay close by and not be bored ?

Marine park has a playground a few blocks from the water. Brooklyn Bridge park is also not far from water.

There's family bike riding nearby. And a few stores to shop in. There's a Target there.

Go on the ferry. It's a 40 minute ride from Brooklyn army terminal to Rockaway. He can start before getting on or finish after disembarking

Manhattan Beach is absolutely beautiful!

Kids can play in the sand or ride bikes/scooters. There are also two playgrounds right near the beach. My kids can spend hours there!!
