Not many...there are no comparable services such as bussing, medical/special needs and educational services, especially if you are trying to leverage the Monsey Jewish school infrastructure. There is also an issue with the eiruv- it will be a while before there is enough density to expand, and then USR will fight it (for as long as they can). It's close in some ways to the greater Monsey community, but it's also a bridge too far in others.
