Hi. I need help creating a supper menu for very young children ages 1 through 5. I'd like to serve healthy nutritious meals and stay away from pizza and fries type of suppers as well as cheese and gluten. Any ideas?

Same exact things the adults eat. I’ve never made a kiddie menu.

Here are some ideas that can work for everyone.

Meatballs and spaghetti/rice
Chicken and rice in one pan (very soft perfect for all ages)
Shnitzel and Farfel or couscous (couscous tends to make a mess)
Penne Al a vodka
Grilled chicken
Burgers in buns with fries
Meat stew in crockpot

We do :
Meat stew
Chicken and rice
Meatballs and spaghetti (little ones don't get sauce)
Hamburgers and fries
Pita and chumus and veggies and falafel (my gf child has fries dipped in chumus and salad)
Home made chicken nuggets by cubing cutlets, coating and baking (use gf cornflake crumbs)

Thank you! Good ideas

To earlier posters...the adults around here eat the pizza and fries 🍟 Lol but I don't want to feed that to the kids every night
