Hi school daughter wants to start eating better and wants me to pack her healthier options. Did you pack her fruits for some snack and vegetables with her lunch. But she doesn’t really want me to give her the snack bags anymore I’m looking for a good ideas to send for her that are also a Carb Because I think she need some of that also during the day. We do mini hummus all different fruits and vegetables

Melba toast and tuna
Crackers or pretzels and chummus
Granola bar or kind bar
Apples and beets have carbs, can incorporate them into a salad

Rice cakes
Healthy cereal like cheerios- dry or with milk in a separate thermos so don't get soggy
Whole wheat/whole grain crackers
Proteins like string cheese/cottage cheese/might be filling.
If she's allowed to bring nuts to school that's also a good filling option
