Muscle Milk protein shake:
160 calories
4.5 g fat
9 g carbs
5 g fiber
25 g protein
Idk if it matters, but I'm doing because I heard it helps eliminate brain fog, not to lose weight.
If I eat an avocado, 4 eggs, and the above protein shake, does that sound like a good keto meal?

It's kind of.
It's got 9g of carbs and generally on keto it's recommended to have about 15-20g of carbs a day. So you'd be eating half your daily allowance just for breakfast!
But if your lunch and supper is low in carbs it'd be fine.

4 eggs and a whole avocado isn't going to already make you full?
Sorry, I know it's not what you asked but it just seems like to throw a shake on top of that is pretty unnecessary.
