Ik it’s expensive but gym mats so he can do tumblesauce, bandstands, etc. you can start off with one mat and if it’s going well add more.
He might be too old but if you put on Morah music or similar he might enjoy more.

Thing is when I encourage those things he doesn’t want to do it
It’s harder in the winter. In the summer friends will stop by so he has who to play with. He refuses to go to a friend or invite a friend in the winter.

Do you have a basement or a playroom/play area? The dance mat and similar ideas sound worth a try.
Or... I also wonder whether he is simply tired after a long day and needs some rest.

Forget everything!
Food and drinks most important! Everything else comes afterward. See if he settles down. And yes, I have a first grader! He often grabs a yogurt or chocolate chips! First I'd be upset, but sometimes it's not worth it. He's hungry!
