A friend of mine just had a baby and I want to buy a gift but she already has a few children of the same gender, so anything I would get would probably be repetitive.
Any ideas for a "mommy gift" instead, maybe?

New baby clothing is always appreciated, even if she has a few of the same gender. Clothing gets faded and worn out quickly and something new is always appreciated

Mommy gift is a great idea.
You can send her a breakfast package.
Or you could gift her with some few hours of quiet and send her older kids a new toy or game.
