I washed my daughters sweatshirt with a sticker on it. Now the sticker is off but there is residue left on the sweatshirt. Any tips how to remove it from the sweatshirt?

Goo gone. Then put it through the wash again.
Must have. Tape residue on tablecloths, walls, before toiveling new dishes...
