Does anyone else notice this issue? It seems during yeshiva week if you get to the pool after 11:00 there might not be any pool chairs left.
Oh, there are still way more chairs than people, but the chairs all have towels on them and are being held by people who will be coming later.

Gently remove a towel from a chair and put it on the chair next to yours. When the person comes, offer them the chair by saying you didn’t think the person was here but now that they’re here do they want it?

You're a good person. I wouldn't return the chair unless the person was already in the pool earlier and had left for a couple of minutes. Unless they own those chairs, they don't have a right to reserve them for whenever they so decide to show up.

People take more chairs then they need & keep their stuff on chairs...

Instacart over some inexpensive folding camp chairs from Walmart or Publix or the the like.
