Three families had moved there. (All moved back a few years ago) It just didn't take off. I don't think enough drive and marketing was invested in the project, compared to Canvey Island and Westcliff
I also believe that During Covid, the housing market in Enfield took a turn down and prices increased, no longer making it a cost effective place to move to.

do you think the prices are still not affordable?
it just seems so much less countryside like than canvey.
do you know why not edmonton?
isnt it nearer to stamford hill?

Prices have only been climbing higher.
Edmonton was never on the cards. It's an area after Tottenham. It would be like moving to Wood Green, which would not come in.

but it still half price than tiny tottenham houses.
