Did you lose weight doing exercise at home?

A significant amount?
If you lost weight at home which online program did you do?
How long did it take?
How much did you lose?

I’ve lost and kept off 20 lbs in four months by walking and doing a 30 minute jumping session on a rebounder.

BUT I ate very healthy and I think exercise without eating healthy will only take you so far.

How long did you walk for? Did you walk every single day?
I have a rebounder… 30 minutes is a long time!

I started off with a 25 minute walk and 10 minutes jumping and built on that.

By now I walk 45 minutes to an hour and jump either three times for ten minutes or twice for fifteen.

So you basically spend over an hour each day doing exercise?
Do you have a walking partner?

You can’t lose weight just from exercise. You need to adjust your eating as well. Maybe work with a nutritionist?

I follow weight watchers but I’m not losing weight because I just can’t stick with it on shabbos these days

If you're eating is exactly the same & you exercise, of course you'll lose weight. If you increase food intake, you won't.

You'll lose more if you also eat better.

I did Lindsay Brins mom's into fitness programs & lost my extra pp weight (25+ lbs) within 6 months.
