I live in your city and just recently paid an organizer $85/hour to do some work for me. Is this something you have a skillset for? If so, I would gladly pay you $50/hour to help with some other areas of my home. Or, you can hire yourself out to be an assistant to an organizer. When the organizer I used brings an assistant she charges $130/hour so I assume most/all of that spread goes to the assistant.

I wonder if some of the chessed organizations are looking for people to help with mailing campaigns or such.
This is the busy season Matanos Levyonim and Maos Chittim/Pesach Funds. Could be some Chessed organizations are looking to pay people to do things

I don’t know if this is up your alley and if there is a market for this where you are located. People pay a lot per hour for personal organizers and packers. I don’t understand why someone pays to have someone help you purge and buy bins to put everything away but the job exists.

Are you creative at all?
I have made nice money finding free furniture on FB marketplace or craigslist or driving around fancy areas when the big items are picked up, upcycling (cleaning, fixing, painting, changing hardware) and reselling on FB marketplace and whatsapp groups.
I made a couple hundred dollars each time - you would only need a few pieces....

Watergirl, you should be given a job speaking to the young ladies in high school about hard work, Tefilla and plugging away until you reach your goal. I know just reading what you wrote here has given me Chizzuk and a smile. I hope you reach your goal ASAP and get what is good for you!

Look at Gali's couture wigs on instagram, they do a cheap 'wig of the week' every week. Often under 1000
They are beautiful wigs

In Brooklyn, you can make a lot of money ( you need to find out the exact number) I think between $750-$1000 a weekend moving into a group home for shabbos for adults with special needs. Just to supervise / help them . Through Ohel.
Maybe they have it in Queens etc idk you have to ask them

Are you currently working?
Are you in touch with any of the local Frum recruiters? Or partners in parnassah ?
I’m not comfortable posting an email, but if you go through those channels we might hear from you.
