You can package it & freeze it in the packaging.

I already froze them in 9x13 pans
Also I’m putting other things with it that can’t be frozen

If the boxes are not airtight, they will be hard by Sunday.
OP, maybe you can put the peanut chews in a small sealed cellophane bag & then put them in the box.

I couldn’t find a bag that worked
Is motzai shabbos okay to pack them then?
