Ds 3 has been making number 1 in the toilet many times but not consistently. Number 2 is much harder and most time he stops making before it’s fully out. Today he decided he wants to wear underwear so I went with it but now he’s refusing to go to the bathroom number 1 too and been holding himself in for hours. Any ideas? I tried bribing, it didn’t work.

Take off his underwear after school - leave him without anything- and tell him he’ll get it when he has one day of no accidents.
What does he wear to school? Pull ups?
