Ordered from Amazon, they came loosely packaged, no seal, bottles slightly scratched with specks of dirt on them. Ordered a replacement which came in ripped and taped up box, bottles similarly loose and don't look new.
Has anyone bought these recently? Is this how they look when new or should they be sealed or something?

I heard they changed the nipple and the new version is very hard for babies to drink from.

Re the packaging I doubt it's the brand, Amazon is probably sending you other people's returns.

I bought a few months ago. Came in a perfectly sealed box. Maybe try Target?
I love them. They're great for breastfed babies, wouldn't bother for a exclusively formula fed.
