Homemade mayo:
Place in order listed in 1 lb container.
1 whole egg
1/2 tsp salt
2 Tbsp fresh lemon
1 cup extra light olive oil
Trap the egg told with immersion blender on the bottom of the container. Turn on immersion blender on high power and blend, you will see it thicken as you slowly and consistently work your way up.
This should take all of maybe one minute.
You can search online for videos of immersion blender mayonnaise to see exactly what it's supposed to look like.
