so I make yummy challah! I really think I do!
it doubles in size when it rises, however when I bake it, it doesnt blow up the way I would like it to!
it just stays flat
I want huge fluffy challah!
where am I going wrong??

Maybe you let it rise too much the first time.
Also try using individual pans
