What size bowl/container?

For those of you who make challah by hand, what size container do you use to knead and proof the dough, for 5 lbs of flour?

I'm finding that the largest bowl I have (Pyrex glass bowl) is nowhere near big enough for mixing, let alone proofing.

I can measure my bowl when I get home if you remind me.
I doubt it's as large as 20 quarts like this one, but it's wide and open like this which makes it workable.

I use an 8 quart bowl for 6 LB flour and its a tight fit but might be perfect for 5 LB

If you're getting an 8 quart, make sure it's wide and shallow like this (you need wide).
