Sometimes I’m wondering if I’m emotionally connected to my children. They’re ages 2-12. My parents weren't for their children so I’m wondering if I even know what it means. I’m hardly connected to my own self -lots of trauma growing up. Are there like a few questions that I can ask myself to know if I’m there for them?

Another question. for a child who is not an emotional type can it be more challenging?
