Depends... minhag Yerushalayim is at shkia, the rest of the world (mostly) light at nightfall.
But in any case your lights should go at least 30 minutes after nightfall

But if in doubt - ask your LOR

Rabbi Imamother Wink

PS even though we are in the Gush our community do shlia. WHich involves a lot of to and fro -ing.
Mincha- come home to light- back to shul - maariv - home and have coffee and cookies or sufganiot or some treat.

depends on the minhag of your community. in chabad we light after shkiah (earliest lighting at plag hamincha) but I think most communities light after tzeis.

I know that minhag hagra is to light at shkia, I think it is also minhag yerushalayim. The rest light at tseit.
I seem to remember you first daven mariv and only then light, but I might be confused. In our yishuv maariv was moved from 9 PM to 5 PM, which I guess sort of confirms what I remember.
Amazing how we forget these things from year to year.

In CH"UL, generally litvishe light by shkia or after shkia, and chassidishe light after tzeis, and daven maariv first.
