Is there any dessert at all that can be made on the stovetop? We also don't have a microwave.

Thanks in advance!

Of course there are...
You could do ice cream pie, or ice cream with a crunch topping (rice crispies, sugar and margarine melted in a pot).
You could do fruit salad, canned fruit, jello or applesauce with frozen berries mixed in.
You could do mousse, pudding, buy some cake or cookies and make it into a trifle.
KBD short on time has a recipe for napolitan cake (I think thats what its called - graham crackers, pudding, and chocolate topping) which is no bake.
You could do a no-bake cheesecake for milk meal.
You could make peanut chews, nut brittle, caramalised nuts (KBD Short on time) or chocolate rice-crispies/cornflakes.

Sure there are loads more, these just came off the top of my head.

riches whip add a tablespoon of conf sugar and 1 tsp vanilla whip it
put this aside for top no need to clean bowl and do choc layer
next riches whip add 1/2 cup of conf sugar and 1/3 cup cocoa (preferably european style - darker cocoa) 1 tsp vanilla whip it for bottom layer

put in bought graham cracker crust = voila

if you're feeling Drunken Smile you can add 2 tsp rum or 1/2 tsp rum extract to choc layer
you can put maraschino cherries atop ...
you can put into individual pie crusts ...

I have an unbelievable chocolate mousse pie recipe. Not that much of a hassle and sooooo good. All the ingredients are mixed on a low flame and then poured into the pie shell. Let me know if you're interested in the recipe and I'll copy it down.

Is this posted in the Users of Non-dairy Cream Substitute - A Safe Haven forum? Or does Clarissa have access?

Ice Cream Peanut Butter Pie

1 graham pie crust
1½ cups Parve vanilla ice cream
½ cup Kyro syrup
½ cup chocolate syrup
½ cup peanut butter
4 pieces Viennese crunch

Defrost ice cream just enough so that it's easy to scoop out.
Pour ice cream into pie crust. Place in freezer so that ice cream can harden.
Mix together Kryo syrup, chocolate syrup and peanut butter. Once ice cream is frozen, spread mixture over pie. Crush Viennese crunch in blender. Spread evenly over peanut butter mixture.
Place in freezer until ready to serve.

Delicious and fattening! Yum.

I also have this saved in my computer, so here goes.

Cookies and Cream Pots de Crème
Short on Time – Susie Fishbein

Ingredients:
• 6 large egg yolks
• 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
• ¼ tsp salt
• 2 cups (12 oz.) good quality semi-sweet chocolate chips
• 1½ cups light cream or vanilla soy milk
• 6 Oreo cookies or Parve chocolate sandwich cookies
• 1 cup heavy cream or nondairy whipping cream (for Parve, I like Richwhip brand)
• 3 Tbsp confectioner’s sugar
Preparation:
In a small bowl or cup, place the egg yolks, vanilla and salt. Set aside.
Place the chocolate chips into the bowl of a food processor fitted with a metal blade, or in a blender. Process the chocolate chips for 1 minute.
Meanwhile, heat the cream or soy milk in a small pot over medium heat. When it just begins to boil, pour it over the chocolate in the food processor. Cover and pulse for 30 seconds to melt the chocolate.
Add the egg yolk mixture. Pulse for 10 seconds, until smooth.
Pour into 6 teacups or pot de crème bowls.
Break 1 cookie into each cup. Gently stir.
Place the pots de crème in the refrigerator to chill for 3-4 hours.
Beat the heavy or nondairy whipping cream with the confectioner’s sugar in a mixer on high speed until soft peaks form.
Serve the pots de crème with whipped cream.

Yield: 6 (4 oz.) Servings
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 3 minutes
Needs chill time

I got an amazing mousse pie recipe from right here on imamother!

It requires nothing except 1 mixing bowl, margarine, cocoa, vanilla sugar, eggs and a pie crust and then freeze. It's delicious and looks pretty with cut up fruits.

I'm not sure where I got it, just search mousse pie I guess...

The raw eggs in the Pots de Creme get cooked while being pulsed in the hot chocolate.
Btw, when you do use raw eggs (I was once told by a nutritionist to eat one a day, yuck!) you have to wash them with warm soapy water before cracking them. That takes away any chance of bacteria slipping into the egg while cracking.
