2 tbs olive oil in frying pan sautee
2 onions
5 cloves fresh garlic
1 bunch of cilantro chopped
2 packets of sazon con culantro y achiote
black pepper
garlic powder
add 16 oz can of tomatoe sauce
lots of spanish olives with pimentos
(I like an extra packet of sazon into the tomatoe sauce)
roast a green pepper under flame - keep turning - when done and kooled peel the skin - cut into small pieces and add to sautee
then add a can of pink beans (goya 1 lb 13 oz)
