I thought this recipe was so yummy and easy, I just had to post it:

- 1 cup of cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup of flour
- 1/4 cup of sugar
- 2 eggs

Mix, fry pancakes in non stick pan.
Don't make the pancakes too big or else they can be hard to flip.

Enjoy!
Great for a breakfast, lunch or dinner!
