is it a problem to leave the pre-braided challa to rise for longer than the 1 hour that the recipe states? I want to braid it later (will be about 4 hours all together) - will this ruin it?
I can see it's already risen a lot!

yes in the fridge slows the rising. Just be sure to let it warm again to room temp before you want to bake it.
