I do a lot of my own. You can try a vegan cookbook. Or an allergy cookbook too.
What specifically are you looking for?

I am nursing my baby who is allergic to practically everything. I can eat whole wheat, spelt, oats, sugar, meat and poultry, tuna, tilapia, no salmon. I would love some new recipes.

whole wheat pancakes without eggs
1 3/4 C flour
2 Tbs Sugar (we like it sweeter, I use 1/2 a cup)
1 t salt
2 C Vanilla Rice milk (You might need a bit more if its too thick.)
3 1/2 t Baking powder
Mix together, let it sit for 5 minuets till it bubbles a bit, make like regular pancakes
Sweet and sour meatballs
1.5 lbs ground meat
1 Medium zucchini grated by hand (acts like egg in many recipes)
Pepper, garlic powder, onion powder to taste.
2 Cans tomato sauce
2 cans water
1/2 a cup honey
1/4 cup oil
1/2 c WW flour
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp Onion powder
Generous amount of parsley flakes
Oregano (optional)
Combine sauce ingredients, bring to a boil, add meat balls.
Cook on a medium high flame for one hour.
Oatmeal cookies
2 cups old fashioned oats, Put in the food processor for 2 minutes till fine
2 cups flour
1 1/2 C brown sugar packed tightly
1 t salt
3t baking powder
1 t baking soda
1/2 cup applesauce
1 cup oil (I use canola)
1 cup chocolate chips or raisins
Mix well, drop onto greased cookie sheet, bake at 350 till lightly browned. 10-15 minutes.
Water challah
3 C flour
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 C oil
1 1/4 C Water
1/2 tsp salt
1 Tbsp dry yeast
take 3/4 cup of water and add yeast and sugar till it bubbles
Add all dry ingredients make a well and and add wet ingredients knead by hand (or in a machine if you have one)
If mixture is too dry slowly add remaining water till it gets to the right consistency.
Yeilds one medium challah. I usually quintuple the recipe and get 6 loaves.
You can PM me for support. I have been nursing a highly allergic child for nearly a year.

Flapjacks - search this site, I have posted the recipe before.
Lentil soup - 1 onion, browned in some oil, add sliced mushrooms. 2 2/3 cups red lentils, 12 cups stock, 1 small can tomato paste. Bring to a boil, cook 25 mins, until lentils are soft but not mushy.
Can you get egg replacer? I used that, and spelt flour - you can adapt the ultimate chocolate cake recipe on this site, tastes great.
Shnitzel - just pressed into spiced cornflake crumbs - it doesn't need the egg.
Egg replacer can be used in most recipes (including tuna/fish patties, etc), white spelt flour is a little finer than regular flour, but can easily be substituted, just add a little extra.
Pita has no eggs. Thick vegetable soups with pita chips, or pita made into garlic bread, is a good supper.

I can't eat corn, so I substitute whole wheat bread crumbs for corn flake crumbs.

I used spiced WW flour as schnitzel coating. I just wet with water, and dip into flour, you can use oil as a sub for the egg too.
The WW flour gives it a almost nutty flavor. Make sure your oil is very hot.
Also I forgot to add spices to the sauce recipe of the meatballs, I will edit that post.

I would not risk peanuts with a child with multiple FA's.
