This one is delishes.
• 4 potatoes, peeled
• 1 tsp curry powder OR paprika
• 2 flat tsp Kosher salt (less if using regular salt)
• olive oil or Pam cooking spray
Using a sharp non-serated knife, slice potatoes into very thin French fry sticks.
Arrange on a cookie sheet sized aluminum pan. Drizzle with olive oil or spray potatoes very generously with Pam.
Sprinkle with curry powder and salt. Mix well by hand. (I use glves.)
Bake at 425 until crisp on outside but soft on inside. (Check it after 35 minutes)

Slice potatoes into wedges.
Mix equal parts water and oit (about 2 tblsp each per potato). add salt & pepper.
dip potato wedges in mixture, stand on cookie sheet, bake 400 for about 1/2 hour to 45 minutes. (till potatoes can be pierced easily w/ fork)
can use higher temperature for shorter baking time, lower temp takes longer.
Yummy-a favorite in our house
