I'm using trader joe's white whole wheat flour - how much vital wheat gluten per cup of flour?

I don't use any (with King Arthur WWW flour, haven't tried TJ's yet). I find it makes the bread too stiff and spongy.

for WW flour I use 1 1/2 tsp. I use king arthur and I find it is much lighter with the gluten.
