There's a recipe in KBD Entertains for cappellini in pink sauce, very easy and tasty.

I take a can of pinto beans and mush them up with garlic and spices. then take some avacodo, cheese and tomato, lettuce, sour cream and put it all in a wrap for burritos. corn chips and salsa on the side!

I kind of make the same thing, but I like it hot.
I take baked beans, chedder cheese, (maybe salsa), wrap it in a tortilla, zap it in the microwave, and then put sour cream on top.

We always eat a lot from the freezer. When I cook, I very often make two or three of the item (chicken pot pie, baked ziti, kugels for Shabbos, etc.)

post-purim means "gleaning" time: whatever is on the shelf that needs to be finished off, perishables and open packages first. This usually translates into very vegetarian: beans and rice, pasta and peas, lentil soup, vegetable soup with corn, bran muffins, corn bread...and the occasional can of sardines or bamboo shoots. It also means the teenagers go to the pizza place for a "fix" : they suffer withdrawal symptoms if they eat too much healthy food .

Maybe she meant teriyaki?
I also make shnitzel using mayonaise, and I actually like it a lot better than fried shnitzel dipped in egg.

I personally don't use teriyaki, just mayo mixed with mustard powder or mixed with honey mustard, and then dip it in the bread crumbs.
Lately, I've gotten even more lazy and I just smear the mayo on the chicken when it's in the pan, and then sprinkle the breadcrumbs on top.
I said in another thread that I sautee onions and add that to the mixture. It tastes very good.

ya I did mean teriyaki, oops I spelled it wrong. Anyways no it doesnt come out dry at all! THis is how I make it
I mix a little mayo with a little tariyaki sauce, (maybe one tabs mayo and half tabs tariyaki add a srop of water
Then I dip each piece into that and sprinke both sides with cornflakes crumbs
I broil it 10-15 min on each side
its really good
