u did not read my post.
I asked her for a quote, because I did not want to spend money on a sheitel I was not happy with.
She just went ahead and fixed it w/out my permission.
My DH told her what I just wrote that I had asked for a quote, that I was not interested in spending more money on a sheitel that was 2x maybe more the size of my head!

You're right- I misread when I saw DH's quote. I agree with not paying.
