Anybody know of good classes in the Baltimore area? Do you go to the JCC?

I go to the JCC in Baltimore and go to several of the classes.
I like it a lot and I've lost weight since joining.

I used to love going out to classes, but now I use my exercise videos in the mornings and my recumbant bike at night.
I guess it's all in what you want.

sure, a class has an instructor to cheer you on.
during a tape at home I've been known to paint my nails, chose my clothes, make my bed, tidy stuff up, talk on the phone, defrost stuff, make sure DH has lunch for the day....

And sometimes I'll fast foward the tape through some difficult parts!
I find that a treadmill is a good workout for cardio, but it won't help so much with toning (with exception of butt and legs).
I like classes (or tapes if I had the willpower), because we usually get a workout that combines cardio and toning.
