Just a side-note: my sister has a soy milk allergy that's pretty bad but she doesn't always think to ask people if there's soy in stuff. For example, a friend mentioned that she uses soymilk to bread shnitzel. Normally, she wouldn't think twice to ask someone if the shnitzel has soymilk (now she asks and usually gets funny looks). So, if you do make this at your shabbos table, find out if anyone has an allergy, cuz they may not think to ask

Soymilk instead of water. Recipe is something like 2 c flour, 1.5 c oats, 1.25 c soymilk, 2 T oil, some brown sugar, cinnamon, salt, yeast.

When I asked my Rav he said it is hamotzie b/c soy milk is mostly made of water. Ask your Rav though...

It never even occurred to me that you could use soymilk. I want to try it. Its probably yummy.
