Sometimes a rabbi or several rabbanim get together (sometimes with some rebbetsins too) to do a day or two of shiurim for students/married women/all women/bachrim/married men/all men/all audience.
I went to one, it was very nice.

There are seminaries in Jerusalem that have students of all ages. Shearim and Nishmat come to mind.
I have no idea what there is anywhere else in the world.

was just going to say the same. Shearim, Nishmat, AND Neve cater to ALL ages. When I was there, there were even some people in the 60+ crowd, if I recall correctly.
