Pasta with Goat cheese and walnuts
from a magazine
box whole grain pasta
1 lb frozen peas
salt and pepper
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1 T olive oil
6 oz goat cheese
You boil your pasta and a few minutes before it's done, add your peas. Drain and reserve a cup of cooking liquid for your sauce.
In skillet, combine the nuts and garlic and oil. Let cook until fragrant and add your pepper and salt. Add your cheese, the cooking water with the pasta and the peas, and serve.
