A few weeks ago I ate a salad that an acquaintance made that had turkey, avocado, mango and candied pecans. Anyone know this recipe?? It was definitely interesting but I am not friendly enough to ask for the recipe. Thanks!

First of all I have to say that as far as I am concerned you don't have to be friendly to ask for a recipe, aren't we all here to share. And don't you feel it is the best compliment to you when someone asks for one.
Anyways, I have had something similar without turkey and a peanuty sauce, but right now I can't find the recipe, this one has some of what you are looking for maybe you can modify it.

Romaine Lettuce
1 Red Onion
2 Mangos
2 Avocados
Craisins
Honey Glazed Pecans
Dressing
2 Teaspoons Apple Cider Vinegar
1/4 Cup Mayo
1/4 Cup Honey
1/4 Cup Oil
1 Tsp Dijon Mustard

Merrymom, I live verrrrry far from Monsey so I don't think so  Can you post the recipe though? LOL
Thanks Mommy1 for posting - it doesn't call for turkey? This one had lots of turkey...

I have to look up the exact measurements but this it roughly for now:
Romaine lettuce
avacado
grape tomatoes
red pepper
honeyed pecans
deli meat
craisins
mango
Dressing:
red wine vinegar
sugar
ketchup
oil(yes, I know it sounds gross but it really isn't)
