Anyone have any tips on making a whole turkey? I know it has to cook for a loooooong time, but they only time I attempted it , it ended up raw inside. Please help

20 minutes per pound unstuffed or 30 minutes stuffed.
If you google "butterball" they give lots of recommendations.
Also look here for ideas-thanksgiving time we get lots of turkey questions here.

That being said, I've been the victim of the raw bird saga way wayyy too many times.
And yes, I'll be cooking a turkey this Purim.
