I have a lot of challah left from Shabbos and don't know what to do with it. It didn't rise so much so the pieces are small which means I can't do French toast.
Any other ideas?

you can make a cake by soaking the challa in milk or orange juice, (squeeze out execess liquid) add some eggs, sugar cinnamon, raisins, grated apples... burn sugar in the bottom of a pan, cool, pour the mixture in, and bake inside a bigger pan with water in it. turn over to serve.

go on a trip to feed the ducks although I'd do the challah kugel or the bread crumbs usually.

I soak it and use it in meatballs instead of eggs & breadcrumbs. It works beautifully.
