My husband came home with a boneless turkey breast (like a piece of meat with the string around it) to cook for Yomtov. Any ideas? I'm cluesless as to what to do with it.

bake it, in a pan, with onions and pour some honey and orange juice on it.

I make it just like a roast.
Layer A TON of onions, fresh garlic, mushrooms, and fresh herbs on the bottom of the pan.
Place turkey on top. pour wine, a little soysauce, pepper (anything you perfer you can put on) on top with more fresh herbs. I cook it really slow so it gets real soft and tender.
