my 18 month old has a low fever of 100.3 on day eight of taking antibiotics
for an ear infection. Should I call the dr.?

Depends. Was his fever higher than this until now and this represents an improvement? Or is this something new? Remember that fever can be and most often is caused by viruses which are not affected by antibiotics. I'd wait up to 24 hours but if it gets higher, or persists, I'd probably just check in with the doc by phone.
