Brisket for seder - when can I cook it?

If I cook it today will it still be good for seder? or better to freeze? or make it tomorrow?

I'm also cooking it tonight. I prefer to refrigerate tomorrow so that fat congeal and I can remove it. It's also easier to slice while the meat is cool. Just keep it well covered in the gravy and reheat.
