And it's HOT out there! She used to be so good about drinking plain room temperature water from her sippy cup. And now she seems to have lost her interest in drinking and it's driving me CRAZY! I really, really would rather not give her juice (although I am pretty sure she will gulp it down). Any tips on how to keep an active toddler hydrated?
(Sorry for all the caps but I'm really frustrated and nervous)

Try a regular cup? (Even if have of it ends up on her shirt.)

Thanks, Sherri, just wanted to let you know that I just let her observe me drinking and that's when she asked for it! She lapped it right up, the little copycat  Phew!

Ds stopped drinking by the babysitter until I realized coz she gave him apple juice and I gave him lightly flavored water! What do u think hes gonna go for?!
BH he started drinking now, I just have to try train him off sweetened drinks.

Wow did I misread this one.
I read "Seventeen (year old) Modern Orthodox daughter NOT DRINKING!!!"
And I was wondering whether the OP was of a different group, had a daughter who turned MO, thought that all MO teens drank and was worried (or proud) of her daughter who wasn't drinking (alcohol of course)....
Whew!
Now for your 17th month old daughter...try anything, but be careful with sweet drinks because they get hooked and then....
