my three week old baby just fell asleep a few minutes ago and his legs twitched a few times.... like the leg from knee down to toes-- a whole shudder then stp.. should I be worried? it happened a few times.. now looks like it stopped

You can call your ped just to put yourself at ease. but I think it is normal - their nervous system isn't fully developed yet.

Newborns do funny things that are completely normal.
Take it from someone who brought her child to a neurologist before the age of one month even though the pediatrician thought the child was fine

Totally normal.
I think all babies do that, but if ur really worried u can check withh ur pediatrician.

I think I did enough worrying for myself and for you. Just spare yourself. Babies nervous systems are underdeveloped.

That's one of the reasons for swaddling -- so their twitches don't wake them up!
