Grilled chicken salad
Tuna salad
Hard boiled eggs
Omelet with veggies
Tuna/veg wrap
Veggie burgers (frozen) or you can make it yourself from black beans serve with no bun
Grilled turkey breast salad
Can't think of anything else at the moment:)

low-fat cottage cheese
falafel (for lunch)
lentil soup (for lunch)
tofu scramble (for breakfast)
vegetable sticks (celery, carrots, cucumber)

It's not non-carb/non-sugar but small amount of bran flakes/porrridge for slow release in energy.
Or toasted wheat germ.

cucumber salad with olives and goat cheese crumbles (or feta if you can get it)
yogurt-fruit smoothie
cheese slices and cut veg

any veg soup - I have cream of broccoli in my fridge right now. Lunch will be that and 2 oz cheese. But you can take any seasonal veg - sautee some onions and garlic, add the veg, some water or stock, salt and pepper, and boil. When soft, puree - add cream if you want.

omelets or deviled eggs or any type of eggs -

some carb less grilled veggies like mushrooms, asparagus, or something

fruits have a lot of carbs ... so when you have yogurts or smoothies makes them with diet sugar and maybe coffee for flavour
