Super easy and very tasty chicken: mix one bottle of French dressing with a packet if onion soup mix and a jar of apricot jam. Pour over and bake chicken covered for 21/2 to 3 hours at 350. I sometimes uncover and raise the temp at the end to give it a nice color. But if I end up baking the chicken for three hours it usually is fine.

Firstly, Mazal Tov upon the Bar Mitzva! How EXCITING!
Menu sounds lovely! Only change I would make is to add a variety of salads, and make fewer proteins (chicken, brisket, turkey...it's a LOT.) By the time you get to that part of the meal, people are usually too full to enjoy so many options.
Whatever you do, good luck and ENJOY your Simcha!

What do you mean by turkey roll? Do you have a rolled white meat turkey roast?
Chicken - I season the chicken below generously with salt and garlic powder before pouring on the sauce

Mazel Tov! In honor of the occasion I will give you my easy and delicious brisket recipe.
Season brisket with pepper, paprika, lots of garlic (regular, crushed in oil or garlic powder).
Top with 3-4 sliced onions.
Add tomato sauce or plain canned tomatoes to cover. Top that with a few tablespoons onion soup mix.
Cover tightly and bake in oven at 325 until it's soft.
Enjoy.

My DH's favourite Brisket:
4 cups of ginger ale
teaspoon of instant coffee
a package of onion soup mix
combine the ginger ale, coffee and onion soup and cook the brisket in tightly wrapped pan on 325.

Why do you want more meat recipes? The menu already seems rather heavy on the meat offerings and a bit low on vegetables. I'd add another salad or cooked vegetable dish (roasted beets, or butternut squash, or another non-green vegetable) to balance out the meal.

For the turkey roll:
Mix 1 can cranberry sauce (either jellied or whole; your preference) with 3 tbsp. onion soup mix.
Spread over turkey roll.
Cook covered until done, based on size. Refrigerate overnight, then slice. Serve with the pan gravy.

My cranberry-beer-ketchup roast/brisket on this thread is always a hit:
http://www.imamother.com/forum.....59016
But, I use only 2/3 a can ketchup now instead of the 1 can in the recipe.
Freezes well sliced.

1. 4 loaves gefilta fish
salad
Israeli salads
2. Chicken soup with Matzo Balls
grain with onions and mushrooms
roasted brussel sprouts
green bean almondine
4 chickens
buffalo wings
mini hot dogs
6 pounds brisket
Broccoli Kugel
mini crustless quiches
3. Dessert:
Birthday Cake & assorted rugelach
That's the menu I settled on. I ordered one chocolate birthday cake and one vanilla birthday cake. I made the fish, kugel, mini quiches, baby hotdogs, quinoa, breaded chicken and buffalo wings.
All I have left is the brisket, soup, oven roasted veggies and salad. I cooked for six hours today and I am done. Tomorrow it is back to work and then finish this cooking.
