I'm in Israel too and want to buy the Quinny Zapp Xtra, can you let me know where you found it for a good price?

Im actually planing to order it online to America so I dont know if it will help you...but I found it on albeebaby.com for 350 with the carseat included...

I haven't pushed strollers in Israel yet (ask me next week!), but I would think air-filled wheels would be nice going over bumpy stone and stairs. In general they tend to go with heavier strollers too - but it looks like the Spark is only about 17 lbs. Maybe look for reviews to see how people have experienced the toughness of the tires?
