do you know how to make a cup of coffee ... multiply it enough to make a pot ... then add fun things like ice cream /cream/milk, vanilla, cinnamon, you can add cocoa/nesquick ... bring a can of whip cream & sprinkle a dash of cinnamon or chocolate on top
doesn't matter if it's hot or cold - same idea - only maybe skip the ice cream

Technically, iced coffee means cold coffee, and Iced cappuccino is espresso with cold and frothed milk. I dont think thats what your looking for though.
I have a recipe people love when I make (from dining in again cookbook)
1/2 gallon reg milk
2T.coffee
1/4 c. hot water
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 tsp chocolate syrup
1 capful chocolate liquor
dissolve coffee in hot water. ad the remaining ingredients to the hot coffee. remove cupful of milk from bottle, pour the mixture into the bottle and shake it well.

To make it thick and icy:
Freeze the recipe.
Take it out to defrost around an hour or two before the party.
Stir to create a slushy consistency.
I usually multiply my single iced coffee recipe, so it's something like
Eight cups milk
Four TBSP coffee, diluted in a cup water
Four TBSP sugar, diluted in a cup water (or more, to taste)
Then I add whatever I feel like.
A dash of cinnamon or nutmeg.
A shot of coffee or chocolate liquor.
A squirt of chocolate syrup.
A capful of vanilla extract.
Maybe some, maybe all of the above.
Enjoy!

I make this often. What I like about it is that it's inexpensive. What gives a cappuccino the thick texture is ice cream, which makes it pricey. This recipe may not have the thickness you're looking for, but it's cheap and everyone loves it.
