My daughter is 2 and we recently took away her pack. She is NOT sleeping through the night now! It has been 2 weeks and every night she wakes up every two hours. She doesn't nap and she is a general mess. Any tips as to how to make this easier on all of us?!
Thanks!!!

Oy that's hard. Does she have any other comfort item like a stuffed animal? My 2.5yo son got really attached to one when his paci broke and was (finally) unusable. There was an adjustment period but now he needs his bear to go to sleep nicely instead of the paci

Maybe it's too early for her. I let DD go until she was almost 3, and she chewed through her paci. I had her put it in the garbage can, and told her that because she had big girl teeth, that now she was too old for a paci. Every time she fussed, I reminded her about her big girl teeth, and she was only a tiny bit upset for about 3 days. At that point, she wasn't using it during the day, so she was mostly done with it anyway.
It helps a lot when they are old enough to understand, and have an active part in saying "goodbye" to the paci. Oh, and take the garbage out right away, before she can have second thoughts and start digging around for it!
