Burning the challah on stovetop

Does anyone burn the challah from hafrashas challah on the stovetop? How do you do it?

once tried it, wasn't a good experience. I don't remember details but since then I just keep the dough in the freezer until peasach and let dh burn it in the chometz

I burn it every week on the stovetop, but then I do hae a gas stove top.

You could wrap it in foil and just burn it there.

remove the grates and burn it directly on the burners, wrapped in aluminum foil.

I keep a small tin for that purpose (from coffee etc) and burn it in that. The tin is treif, so keep it exclusively for burning challa.

Very. Not burnt up, as in converted to water vapor and carbon dioxide--just converted to plain carbon.
