I have a couple of questions about the apple buns so if anyone can answer that would be great.
1. Can these be frozen after baking? Reheating tips
2. Can I make them in aluminum pans?
3. it says they make 12 buns. Is each bun a serving or do I need two if I'm serving it for dessert?
4. Does this recipe double/quadruple well? If so, can I use bigger pans to bake them in?
TIA!

I don't know the recipe but if it is yeast dough and apple filling you should be able to freeze them. Just defrost.

Yes you can make them in a 9x13
Each bun is a nice size serving. Especially if you serve it with a scoop of ice cream
