Hi, Can anyone please tell me which stroller you'd choose and why?
I can't decide between the two, the Maclaren Quest or Babyzen Yoyo.
My baby is 16 months already and I have a Bugaboo which I'm still planning to use every day.
I'm just looking to replace a 10 year old Maclaren Quest stroller which was used for 4 kids already. I use it just for when I travel, not too often.
I love the maclaren. Are there any advantages besides for the compact fold that the Yoyo has over the Maclaren?
TIA

I don't know anything about the Quest but I have the yoyo and love it. Of my six strollers it's my absolute favorite hands down.

Thanks for replying!
How old is your baby?
Is it roomy enough for a toddler to sleep in it? The maclaren is pretty roomy.

I had a stroller thread up a while ago and considered the Maclaren but most people who replied to the thread didn't love theirs (as you seem to). Someone mentioned the yoyo and I bought it - I really love it. You asked about advantages it has. I'm not sure how it compares to the Maclaren per se, but it does have a one-foot break, one handed push, and the push is hands down, smooth as smooth can be.
I can't imagine anyone being disappointed in the yoyo.
(PS the one handed fold and unfold is not only convenient but COOL too.)

My baby is 22 months. He has dozed off in it, seems comfortable. Nice canopy. No foot rest though.

Do you really have six strollers?!? Or do you mean that you've had six various strollers over the years?

16 months and a little tall. My kids only nap at home, but the yoyo seems to have ample room for a toddler to sleep comfortably.

Thanks loads everyone for your replies!
That was really helpful!!!!!
The Maclaren also folds and unfolds with one hand and it takes a second! I really love the Maclaren but was in the mood of being a little more trendy:) so if the YOYO is also that convenient than I'll go with that.
Thanks for helping me choose the right stroller!

Good choice op and don't forget the fold is more than one handed. It's COOL too
(Check out their website video if you haven't)

How is the Yoyo for a shorter parent? I am 5 feet tall.

I don't know much about the Yoyo but I'm pretty "meh" about Maclaren. I had one for years and it worked but I'm sure there are better portable strollers. The fold was OK but not great, it doesn't fold very small, it wasn't extremely heavy but not all that light, the push was just OK, and - clincher - would not stand up when folded, plus wheels end up on bottom and top heavy - no way to prop it up either. Just annoying. Not cool on a bus with kids.

Do you mind listing which six? What are you comparing the yoyo to?

This is an imitation of the Yoyo that people are very happy with. It's called the Yoya and it's sold on Aliexpress. Read the reviews. |
Do you know actual pple that have the yoya?

My question too!
Also, could you put a car seat on it with the yoyo adapters?
