I had a similar situation, was so hard to do 2 people's jobs while training a newbie that had never worked that kind of job, I was blamed that training wasn't going well, when newbie was just having a hard time adjusting.
Raise or even a training bonus were denied.
I ended up leaving, best decision for me.

Thanks for the sympathy.
yesterday I emailed my supervisor saying that it's pretty impossible the work that I'm doing. She did email those I work with saying that they should try to do what they can on their own.
I am in the process of looking for another job, but I don't know how soon I will find one.
